Introducing Usermind’s Pardot Integration

We’re excited to announce our newest integration, Pardot.

Joining Marketo, Eloqua (Oracle Marketing Cloud), and HubSpot, Pardot’s data and marketing automation capabilities can now easily connect to your full tech stack through Usermind.

With Usermind, it’s outrageously easy to map Pardot data to your billing system, add prospects to a campaign or list, or create a new prospect based off data you collect from your analytics platform.

Here are a few examples of Usermind Journeys you can build with the Pardot integration:

  • Detect customer service escalations in your help desk platform, and remove that prospect from marketing lists or automated campaigns in Pardot

  • Fast-track leads/prospects who come in from accounts with open opportunities — with automated notifications and task creation for the appropriate rep and follow-up actions

  • Create behavior-driven customer onboarding programs in Pardot based on interactions tracked by your product or usage analytics platform

  • Feed Mixpanel or Segment data into your lead scoring

  • Create a new prospect in Pardot when you get a new MailChimp registration
     
  • Easily collect custom object information in Salesforce and use it to trigger action in Pardot

How it Works

Let’s say you want to send a Slack notification to the sales rep any time a lead from one of their accounts or companies with an open opportunity enters a list or campaign in Pardot. Here’s how easy it is:

1. Authorize your Pardot Account in Usermind

With Usermind, you can easily integrate your SaaS applications and other systems. Just connect your Pardot admin account to Usermind and we’ll start fetching your data. Then you can start building rules and end-to-end Journeys based on Pardot data and actions.

2. Create a Rule

Next, you can define the conditions on which the notification should be sent.

For example, here we’ll say: Every time a prospect from an existing account in your Salesforce instance enters Pardot, send a notification to the account owner on Slack.

With Usermind, you can easily map a Salesforce Account Owner ID to the owner’s Slack username.

3. Execute the Journey

Boom! Slack notifications will now roll out to the rep when a new lead comes in on one of their existing accounts.

This is just one example of a rule you can automate with Usermind. You can add additional conditions to your rules to make them even more expressive, and to pull in data from other applications. And you can add many sets of rules to build and orchestrate Journeys.
