What you’ll do:
In order to provide a world-class experience to our ever-growing list of customers as they onboard to the Usermind Platform, you will partner closely with product management and engineering on requirements and escalations. You will help your team and the business understand project statuses, risk and performance, and customer satisfaction metrics through reporting and cross-collaborative communication. On the technical front, you will define and create Usermind Journeys in accordance with your customer’s requirements in both the Usermind rules language and Python, and you will configure third-party software integrations. You will become a trusted advisor to your customers, working as their internal advocate and escalation point to ensure all potential issues are addressed in a way that satisfies the customer and encourages them to be references for Usermind.
