What you’ll do:

You will make impact by delivering both strategically and tactically on product initiatives that keep customer needs and happiness top of mind. You will spend time getting to know our customers and triangulating their needs into capabilities on the Usermind platform.  You will be responsible for product design and work with interaction & visual designers to deliver delightful user experiences and influence the next generation of the Usermind product suite. You will drive prioritization to deliver the absolute necessary features that bring value to our customers. You will be communicating with engineering, customer success, sales, and marketing along the way about changing priorities and deadlines. You will assist pre-sales with custom demos. You will collaborate with engineering daily to manage scope, slippage, and lead user acceptance testing. You will play a key role in defining the product and direction of Usermind.

  • You have five or more years of product management experience, preferably for a SaaS company
  • You have delivered product in a startup environment where you have to make ruthless trade-offs daily to deliver customer value within tight time and resource constraints
  • You have owned the full product lifecycle of a large-scale technology solution for an enterprise or SaaS company
  • You know how to successfully transform product requirements into actionable engineering requirements
  • You design beautiful user experiences, with a record of building great products across multiple channels
  • You've worked closely with engineering, QA, and DevOps teams using agile methodologies to deliver SaaS services to spec, on schedule
  • You model customer behavior by digging into large datasets using SQL and/or BI tools to help influence your product strategy
  • You have shown thought leadership and deep experience in marketing, sales, or customer success operations
  • You possess stellar written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to leadership, participating in the sales cycle, and handling sensitive customer concerns
  • (Ideally) you've worked with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and other core products our customers rely on
  • You BYODTW (bring your own dog to work) or enjoy kicking it with an occasional office canine
